SHIPPING

Items purchased from RRROAD’s online store are sent by express courier. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • National: 1 – 5 business days.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

  • European Union, Switzerland and Norway: 4-7 business days.
  • Outside the European Union: not yet available. We are working to be able to send as soon as possible.

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following time in the city of Madrid:

Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipments outside the European Union, the customer must pay and is responsible for the payment of local customs taxes. These expenses are paid at the time the order is received and in no case will they be included in the price paid for the products. Free shipping: Shipping will be free when the order exceeds 100 euros in the Peninsula. The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and the shipping address do not have to match. Our transport provider will send an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact number in your order) indicating the day the delivery will be made and allowing the change of delivery date. On the same day that delivery is scheduled, our transport provider will send an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact mobile number in your order) informing you of the approximate time of delivery.

Incidents in the delivery: In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.

Gift delivery: There is the possibility of placing an order and having it delivered directly as a gift to a third person. This option must be indicated during the purchase process in the place enabled for this purpose. You can also request to enter a personalized dedication that will be delivered with the order. Important: the purchase receipt of an order “for the gift” does not specify the price of the products and can only be used for changes in size and/or color.

To make any other type of change or return of an order of this type, the person who made the purchase must print a copy of the original ticket requesting it through Customer Service in the mail shop@rrroad.com

  1. CHANGES, RETURNS & WITHDRAWALS

There are different procedures for making changes, returns, and withdrawals. Next, we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions.

  • Change: the substitution for the same product in another color and / or size is considered change.
  • Return: due to a defect, defect, receipt of a wrong product or another reason different from the above.
  • Withdrawal: return originated solely by the customer’s decision.

Due to the special characteristics of certain products, the following must be taken into account:

  • For reasons of health and hygiene protection, changes, returns or withdrawals of underpants, boxers, stockings, socks, earrings and cosmetics are not allowed when their wrapping, packaging or seal that protects the product has been opened, except for those that are defective or with defects.
  • All products that are to be exchanged or returned must have their original packaging, except for those that are defective or with defects.
  • In case of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
  1. ORDERS DELIVERED IN THE PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

Conditions (Changes and withdrawal): You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product / s to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification. We do not make changes as such, so you will have to make the return and place a new order with the new product.

Conditions (Returns): RRROAD will respond to the lack of conformity that is manifested within the term established in the legal regulations.

Refund: RRROAD will refund, where appropriate, the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

Returns: returns will be allowed within the following 14 calendar days upon receipt of the order. To do this, contact us at shop@rrroad.com indicating your details and the reason for the return. RRROAD reserves the right to deny reimbursement for merchandise and items that are deemed used or damaged.

Shipping costs for returns made in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be free for the customer, those from the rest of the world will be at the customer’s expense, the customer assuming responsibility until arrival at our offices.
